History

Ancient Catalonian country house built with stone and following the zone's architecture. Is important to remark that this country house was built on the rests of a cellar with three larger buildings made with stone and Catalonian turn, possibly at the end of the XVth century or beginnings of the XVIth. The actual country house was built above that first construction at the end of the XVIIIth century. The adding of a balcony and the last modification of the entry door was done in 1866. This house was inhabited until 1957. After that it was abandoned. In 1987 was acquired by the actual owners, who have restored it with care (restoring, also, the shed, "la pallissa" and constructing the swimming pool and some contention walls).

Home has two rooms with shared bathroom.



Apart from that, there is quadruple plentiful room (32m2) with the complete services and an electric freezer, in a building next to the house called "la pallissa".

The house has; two dinning room, a parlour, a fire-place, a small library, ambient music, heating in all places, a terrace, a 50m2 swimming pool, washing machine, a biologic purifier.
